Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) Flooring in Cambridgeshire

“We required new carpets and flooring. Visited their showroom in March where Aaron and his team gave us plenty of time, explanations and help. A good range of products. The quote was agreed and a date set for the work to begin. The LVT flooring was installed on the due dates and the one minor problem was resolved quickly. The expert fitter gave further advice which we appreciated. The carpets were installed by the agreed dates and again the fitter gave advice on a problem with our original conservatory floor which we remedied before he returned to fit the carpet. All in all an excellent job done from start to finish and we are delighted with the results. “

“The focus was very much on making sure we got the best result within our budget, rather than trying to push more expensive products that were outside our budget. The floor we purchased looks far more premium than you would expect for the price, and we have plenty of boards left over if we ever need repairs in the future. The customer service and flexibility was incredible. We were having flooring but down in our first house, and Goddens were perfectly happy when delays meant we had to reschedule… and reschedule again… and reschedule again. At no point did they make us feel like we were inconveniencing them (which was great as we felt that we were regardless). When we finally came to having the floors laid, we were amazed that three rooms (one single, one good-sized double and another good-sized living room) were finished in one day – before five o’clock! Sadly one bit of edging came a tiny bit loose, but they fitted us in the next day to secure it. We love how our floors look and really couldn’t ask for better customer service. We will 100% be coming back to Goddens when we do the rest of the house and would wholeheartedly recommend them. “
